Purchases and Returns

Digital products purchased from the Website will not be returned but may be replaced with a replacement copy of the same in the event of data corruption, internet or media failure, upon reasonable request by the Purchaser. We do not offer exchanges for digital purchases. Refunds or returns may be issued in the case of duplicate purchases or products with identical SKU’s. No refunds or returns will be issued after 30 days.

Digital Product Licenses

Studio License

This allows you and only you, the purchasing Teacher, unlimited use and printing for your students in your teaching studio. You may bring this file to a print shop for printing if needed. Other teachers within your studio who may wish to use this music must purchase a separate Studio License for their own use. Resale to students is prohibited, though you may charge them for the cost of printing or ink.

Single Use License

This allows use of the Product solely to you the original Purchaser or to the student or person for whom the Product was purchased. The owner may use the product on any of their computers or personal devices or make copies for his/her use only. Multiple prints or resale of a Single Use Licensed product is prohibited.

License & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, PianoBea Publishing Inc., PianoBea Music and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on pianobea.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from pianobea.com for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these Terms and Conditions.

You must not:

  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from pianobea.com
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from pianobea.com
